Avestus Real Estate, the developer of the Enterprise Park office complex in Krakow, has completed construction and delivered Phase II – building C of 14,000 sqm. As of now, more than 95 percent of the space available in the building has already been leased. The company has also announced that preparatory works for the development of the third stage are underway.
“I am confident that tenants will find the conditions that we have created for their employees at Enterprise Park comfortable. At the design stage we put in a great deal of effort to carefully discern the needs of potential tenants and satisfy or even surpass their expectations. Our activities brought about the desired outcome – we were able to acquire high-ranking tenants for almost the entire space available in building C. This is undoubtedly another success of our Krakow project,”said Mariusz Frąckiewicz, Country Manager, Avestus Real Estate.
“The experience that we have gained in Krakow during the development of Enterprise Park, allows us to conclude that the demand for conveniently located, high standard office space is still considerable here. Since 2011, we have delivered almost 30,000 sqm of modern and functional office space that has attracted tenants even during the construction process. We are still gaining momentum and will continue strengthening our presence in Krakow. We have already received a building permit and will soon start the development of Phase 3 of Enterprise Park,” said Roger Dunlop, CEO, Avestus Real Estate.
The planned Enterprise Park Phase 3 will offer 5,800 sqm of Class-A office space, with many solutions tailored to the specific requirements of companies operating in the advanced technology and BPO / SSC sectors. The building will consist of four above ground floors and an underground garage for 102 vehicles.
Completion is to scheduled for the last quarter of 2015. Ultimately, the complex will offer about 35,000 sqm.
