Epsicap Nano completes its first acquisition in Poland

Epsicap REIM announced a new acquisition in Europe for Epsicap Nano, its small-cap focused SCPI, for €5.3 million. This acquisition marks an important step in the SCPI’s geographic diversification strategy, with its first investment in Poland, in the city of Olsztyn.

This acquisition is part of the company’s European expansion and confirms Epsicap Nano’s ability to identify attractive and high-performing opportunities in Europe.

Located at ul. Mariana Bublewicza in Olsztyn, the asset was delivered in November 2025 and offers a total surface area of 2,328 sqm. The asset comprises a “last mile / cross-dock” logistics unit in line with current market standards.

The building is fully let to FedEx, an international AAA-rated freight transport operator, under a firm 15-year lease effective from delivery, providing secure long-term income visibility.
