Equal Business Park in Krakow keeps attracting tenants. Building A became fully leased in very short time, while Building B is currently taken up in 70 percent. The construction of the third building has begun lately in the complex owned by Cavatina. The property will be handed over for use in September 2018. Knight Frank, sole agent, is responsible for commercializing the property.
Equal Business Park is an office complex located in Wielicka Street in Cracow. After the completion of the final stage of the project, it will offer a total space of 49,000 sqm. Building C, currently under construction, will be the largest amongst the three properties forming the complex, with a total lease area of 22,000 sqm.
“The growing number of office projects completed or planned for completion in the coming months confirms Cracow’s positions as an attractive location for tenants. Equal Business Park is a unique location on the city’s office map – well-integrated with the city and its key points. Tenants are aware of these factors when choosing searching for an office. Even though the complex is still under construction, the completed buildings are almost fully taken up. Next year will see the handover for us of Building C which has the biggest office space available. We are pleased to commercialize it as well,” commented Monika Sułdecka-Karaś, Regional Director and Partner, Knight Frank.
“We are completing the company’s investment targets at a dynamic pace. Our park is extremely popular, including the spaces of Building C, which is still being constructed, and we are very proud of that. Cavatina is currently realizing 6 commercial projects characterized by unique architecture and functionality. We are present in Cracow, Wroclaw, Warsaw and Gdansk. The total volume of office space in our investments will reach some 225,000 sqm within the next 2-3 years,” added Daniel Draga, Member of the Board, Cavatina Holding.
