Daft Cafe has opened in the fully leased office property Equator II at Al. Jerozolimskie 96 in Warsaw. The property owner Karimpol Polska has upgraded the entrance lobby.
Daft Cafe is located on the ground floor, where it takes up close to 30 sqm of floor area. It is the fifth coffee shop of the chain in Warsaw. It offers coffee, tea, fruit cocktails, freshly squeezed juice, cakes and sandwiches. The coffee shop has joined the portfolio of tenants as a part of the newly upgraded lobby of the office property. The new entrance area has been designed by JMP Service. Approximately 220 sqm of floor area on the ground floor have been remodelled, including the reception and the lobby.
“Equator II opened in 2011. We are glad that it remains attractive to tenants. Importantly, the majority of the tenants have decided to extend their leases despite the large supply of new office space on the market. This proves that our property boasts a timeless design and layout and has an excellent location,” said Harald Jeschek, Managing Partner of Karimpol Polska.
Equator II offers 21,300 sqm of modern office space located on 14 floors, as well as four floors of underground car parks accommodating more than 250 vehicles. There are another 45 car park spots outside the building. The key tenants of the property include Medicover, Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne, Blue Soft, AON and REGUS. The property is BREEAM IN USE certified as Very Good. It was designed by the architects APA Wojciechowski.
