Equilibrium 1, the first phase of the Equilibrium project developed by Skanska in the Barbu Văcărescu – Floreasca area, has a new tenant. Elegance Decor, a leader in the home & deco market, inaugurated its new offices in the building, with an area of 400 sqm, at the beginning of May.
Equilibrium 1, the first phase of the Equilibrium project developed by Skanska in the northern part of Bucharest, completes its portfolio with a new tenant.
Elegance Decor, the market leader in decorative and facade profiles, has leased a total area of approximately 520 sqm, including office space and parking spaces. The 400 sqm inside the Equilibrium building were transformed into office space, meeting rooms, socializing and product presentation areas. The new Elegance Decor office has been open since May 1st. The relocation to a representative space, such as the one offered by Skanska, is a strategic step for Elegance Decor in scaling the business, coming from the company’s desire to offer products and services at the highest standards.
“Moving our offices to a representative space is the first step in achieving the growth goals we have set for the next 5 years, and the new space in the Equilibrium building will certainly make a significant contribution to achieving them. Equilibrium 1 is a 12-storey Class A office building with a leasable area of 20,700 sqm and 3,500 sqm of the green area specially designed for outdoor work and recreation. The building achieved the LEED Platinum and WELL Health-Safety Rating certifications and is currently operating 100 percent based on energy from renewable sources.

After the completion of the second phase of the project, Equilibrium 2, the complex will provide a total area of 40,700 sqm.
