On 15 October 2026, Widok Towers in Warsaw will host ERA26 “Expo Real Aftertaste”, an original RealTimes event for leaders of the real estate market: investors, developers, investment funds, the financial sector, advisors and the people responsible for financing and delivering projects. The event carries the conversations that begin at Munich’s Expo Real into an intimate room in Warsaw, closer to the Central and Eastern European market.
“Expo Real Aftertaste” is not a conventional conference. It turns the energy of Europe’s largest real estate fair into an evening of focused, less formal exchange between decision-makers. An intimate room instead of exhibition halls. Conversation instead of presentation. ERA26 rests on a simple conviction: the best conclusions from Expo Real are drawn not at the fair, but afterwards, when there is finally time to turn them into decisions.
The event will bring together 150 real estate decision-makers: company owners, board members, investors, developers, asset managers, representatives of investment funds, finance and advisory, and the project leaders who genuinely shape the direction of the Central and Eastern European market.
The programme
The evening turns on two conversations. The first, “Capital: what gets financed today?”, looks at what actually makes it through financing now. It covers the cost of capital, underwriting, refinancing and project selection in a market that has become far more demanding, and asks where investor conviction is returning, on what terms debt and equity come back into play, and which asset decisions still hold when capital stays selective.
The second conversation, “Projects: what is still worth building?”, moves from financing to value creation. Panellists will consider how to decide on new schemes, refurbishment, and capex today, and what really drives an asset’s long-term value: feasibility, phasing, the quality of tenancy, and a project’s resilience across the cycle.
Around and after the conversations, the event makes room for connection: networking in a small circle and an evening format that extends the business conversations in a more relaxed setting, well into the late hours.
