These tenants occupy in total 3,200 sqm of office space and 2,100 sqm of warehouse space. The owner of the centre is the Mosaic CEE Limited investment fund advised by Mosaic Property LLP. Kolmet Building is a quality commercial property located in the Wola district of Warsaw. The building accommodates both office and warehousing tenants. It offers a total of 12,000 sqm of office space and 8,000 sqm of warehouse accommodation. The building also offers a generous proportion of parking spaces and can accommodate over 360 cars at a time.
