Eurocentrum Delta with topping-out wreath – EuropaProperty

A topping-out wreath was raised on the Delta building – another phase of the Eurocentrum Office Complex project. Owned by Capital Park, it is one of the largest green buildings in the capital. The entire complex will provide 69,578 sqm of space, including over 27,000 sqm delivered in the current phase.

“The topping-out wreath is a milestone towards completion of our project,” commented Sylwia Filewicz, Head of Development and Construction at Capital Park Group. “Works are proceeding as planned, which means that we can expect an occupancy permit at the end of this year, and tenants will be able to move into the building in early 2016.”

Eurocentrum Office Complex, an A+ Class office building, will have 15 floors above ground level and 3 underground floors providing almost 70,000 sqm of lettable space including over 67,000 sqm of office space.

The first phase of the project – Beta and Gamma buildings – were completed in June 2014.
