EuropaProperty has announced the preliminary finalists for the 16th Annual CEE Investment Awards and CEO Investment Forum, taking place on October 29, 2026, at the Presidential Hotel in Warsaw.
Recognised as one of the region’s leading real estate investment events, the CEE Investment Awards celebrate the companies, projects and individuals shaping the investment landscape across Central and Eastern Europe. More than 400 leading investors, developers, policymakers and industry representatives are expected to attend this year’s event, highlighting its importance as a meeting point for the region’s real estate community.
Covering markets including Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, the Baltics and Austria, the awards recognise achievements across investment, sustainability, innovation and transformative development. The 2026 nominees reflect the continued evolution of the CEE real estate market, with a strong focus on investment performance, ESG, innovation and long-term value creation.
Importantly, nominations remain open. Companies and individuals can still submit entries across the award categories, with additional nominations being accepted ahead of the final shortlist announcement. This provides a further opportunity for outstanding projects, companies and professionals to gain recognition on one of the region’s most established real estate platforms.
