Semi-final results are now in for the upcoming EuropaProperty NEE Real Estate Awards representing the most outstanding and accomplished projects, companies, retailers and individuals throughout the NEE region in 2014. The prestigious awards celebration, which will be attended by some of the region’s leading firms and individuals, will take place on March 27th 2015, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Minsk, Belarus.
Craig Smith, publisher and founder of EuropaProperty, the leading commercial real estate media firm, commented: “The commercial real estate sector in NEE is expanding with many new international retailers, office occupiers and industrial end-users entering Belarus and the region. Local and international developers and investors have been delivering projects, and creating an extensive pipeline, especially in Belarus, which now has many opportunities. Companies from Western and Central Europe as well as from Russia, China and the GCC are keen to learn more about these interesting and exciting markets.”
Eighteen projects from across the NEE region have made the short-list and will compete for “Project of the Year” awards. Projects are rated according to quality of design, building efficiency, quality of location, environmental concerns and commercial success.
“Company of the Year” awards will be presented to the leading developer, investor, professional service provider and law firm in Northern and Eastern Europe for activities and accomplishments during 2014. Companies are judged on their overall market contribution, quality of customer services, market innovation, commercial success, leadership and market penetration.
“Retailer of the Year” awards will be given to retailers active throughout the region based on their market innovation, expansion, contribution to the market, market share, concept and design, and commercial success.
Awards will also be given for “Overall Project of the Year”, “Overall Company of the Year” and “Overall Retailer of the Year” in addition to “Overall Professional of the Year.”
