Simba Toys Polska, a company of the German Simba Dickie Group, has signed a lease to move into new business premises at the MLP Pruszków II complex, where it will be given more than 8,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. Assisting the tenant during the negotiations was AXI IMMO, a real estate agency.
Simba Toys Polska will be a new tenant at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. Under the newly signed lease, the Group will receive about 8,400 sqm of modern space, with some 8,100 sqm designated for warehouse use, and the remaining 300 sqm – to be fitted out as office space and staff amenities. The facility construction is due to begin in the second half of June, with the handover scheduled for January 2021. Space will be tailored specifically to the client’s needs.
