Savills Investment Management (Savills IM), the international real estate investment manager, has signed new lease agreements for over 3,300 sqm of office space at the Gdański Business Center complex. Current tenant RSM Poland has decided not only to prolong its current lease but also to lease additional space. Story House Egmont and Aviva Service Excellence Centre have been welcomed as new tenants at the project on Inflancka St. in Warsaw.
RSM Poland, part of a network of independent consulting and advisory firms with 820 offices in 120 countries and employing 64,000 professionals worldwide, has prolonged its lease in the complex and decided to lease additional space, so it will now occupy nearly 1,600 sqm.
The new tenant at Gdański Business Center is Story House Egmont, part of a Nordic media group. Story House Egmont is one of the leading publishers of magazines, comic books and board games for children and young people in Poland. The Polish branch was established in 1990. Story House Egmont has decided to lease 925 sqm of office space, starting 1 August 2024.
Another new tenant, Aviva Service Excellence Centre has been present on the Polish market for 13 years, offering expert actuarial, IT, data science, CISO, finance and risk services.

Gdański Business Center is a state-of-the-art complex of A-class buildings in the centre of Warsaw, and is one of the assets in the Savills Investment Management portfolio, offering 101,000 sqm. of space in total. The project was built in 2014 (phase I) and 2016 (phase II). Apart from the office space, Gdański Business Center also features a café, a beauty salon, a kindergarten, medical centres, the Zdrofit fitness club, and a public courtyard with greenery and structural landscaping elements. Gdański Business Center offers 1,379 underground and 76 on-grade parking spots as well as biking infrastructure, with 416 bicycle racks, changing rooms and showers. The office park’s key tenants include Allianz, KPMG, the Mazovian Unit for Implementation of EU Programmes, Provident, Philip Morris, Euronet, Nielsen, and Dell.
The complex is located next to the Dworzec Gdański M1 metro station and the Warszawa Gdańska railway station. There are also many bus and tram stops as well as city bike rental points in the vicinity of the project, which guarantees excellent transport options to other districts of Warsaw. The proximity of the Gdański Bridge also facilitates access to the right bank of Warsaw. There are numerous amenities in the vicinity, such as the Westfield Arkadia shopping mall.
The project, which was awarded the BREEAM Excellent Environmental Certificate and barrier-free accessibility certificate, was purchased by Savills IM on behalf of a global pension fund.
