Danish company LiNA Medical, a provider of specialist solutions for electro-surgery and laparoscopic treatment, is expanding its facility at Goodman Poznań IV Airport Logistics Centre by 6,400 sqm into a new area of the Park currently under development.
Goodman Poznań IV Airport Logistics Centre, is ideally suited to store and distribute advanced life saving and health products, and will provide LiNA Medical with additional space to ensure even more efficient distribution of innovative solutions for gynaecology used by healthcare providers worldwide.

Goodman Poznań IV Airport Logistics Centre is 800 metres from the Poznań ring road, 4 km from Poznań-Ławica Airport and 9 km from Motorway A2 connecting central Poland with Germany and the rest of Western Europe. With population of 1 million residents in the Poznań metropolitan area, Goodman’s clients benefit from an excellent access to a skilled labour force. The location is within easy reach for 40% of employees and companies registered in the Greater Poland Voivodeship.

LiNA Medical will anchor the new development at Goodman Poznań IV Airport Logistics Centre, which will offer a total of 19,000 sqm of leasable space, including over 930 sqm of office space. It will be 10 metres high and have a floor loading capacity of 5 t/sqm, ensuring optimal conditions for regular logistics operations.
Goodman’s latest project will be in line with BREEAM certification requirements at the “Very Good” level. It will be prepared for the implementation of smart metering systems for energy consumption and electric vehicle charging stations are also part of the design.
Goldbeck is the general contractor of the project. Construction of the new building commenced in May and is scheduled for completion in October 2019.
