OTO Park Dęblin, the eighth retail park operating under the brand developed by Falcon Investment Management, has officially opened. The scheme is fully leased and offers a wide range of shopping opportunities. The new retail park provides 4,100 sqm of retail space and comprises nine stores in modern formats, including Aldi, Hebe, CCC, Worldbox, Sinsay, Piekarnia pod Telegrafem, Optyk, Żabka and Action.
“OTO Park Dęblin is a project that responds to the needs of residents – it is compact, yet offers a diverse retail mix. The development has attracted popular brands, and from day one has seen very strong interest from customers, which was clearly visible in the high turnout during the opening. However, our goal was not only to create an attractive shopping destination but also a space close to the local community. For this reason, the opening event featured numerous attractions, competitions with prizes and performances by local bands, highlighting the neighbourly and open character of this place. We have preserved the commercial function of this part of the city while strengthening its role as an important point on the map of Dęblin,” commented Daria Górniak, Leasing & Asset Director at Falcon Investment Management.
“The opening of OTO Park in Dęblin confirms the effectiveness of our network development model, which consistently strengthens its presence in regional and county-level cities. Retail parks under the OTO Park brand respond to the everyday shopping needs of residents by offering convenient locations, easy access, parking and a carefully selected tenant mix. It is a well-recognised format, proven from a business perspective and popular both among customers and retail chains,” added Piotr Piechocki, President of Falcon Investment Management.
The new development in Dęblin forms part of Falcon Investment Management’s broader strategy to expand its portfolio. Three projects are currently under construction: OTO Park Sandomierz (scheduled to open in May 2026), OTO Park Lubin and OTO Park Siemianowice, while several additional projects are currently in preparation.
