Fashion giant secures 40,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Głogów

Panattoni Park Głogów is an industrial park set to reach a total area of 111,000 sqm, with 78,000 sqm already developed and fully leased. The facility is already used by a logistics operator servicing a leading pet store chain.

“A well-organized supply chain is crucial for strengthening sales and building market advantages. In response to growing market demand, we are ready for further development of this centre – a second hall with an area of 32,000 sqm is planned,” adds Damian Kowalczyk.

The park stands out due to its strategic location – just 10 km from the S3 expressway and near the planned S12 bypass. This makes the facility an attractive point for companies looking for efficient logistics solutions, enabling smooth deliveries across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The distance to both the southern and western borders of the country is approximately 110 km.

Following the developer’s standards, the facility has been BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level, ensuring reduced carbon emissions and lower energy and water consumption, resulting in savings for tenants.
