Ferroni opens shoe salon in PlacUnii – EuropaProperty

Ferroni, a family Italian shoemaking company, will open its salon in the Plac Unii City Shopping in Warsaw. The shop with Italian shoes and leather goods will be located on more than 50 sqm. Knight Frank acted on behalf of the property owner – Invesco – in the leasing process.

Ferroni is a family company which has been cultivating Italian shoemaking traditions in Poland since 1997. The shoes are made from the highest quality leather. The company also designs limited series of shoes with original details. Its new 50 sqm salon will be located on the ground floor of the building between Stradivarius and Le Pandorine. The presence of an exclusive shoe salon will enrich the retail offer of PlacUnii City Shopping.

Plac Unii City Shopping is a modern shopping gallery located at the border of Mokotow and Srodmiescie districts. Its great location makes it easily accessible by public transportation and by car. The mall has an underground car park with 500 lots. PlacUnii is a diverse place – the guests can go shopping in the wide variety of shops, have a cup of relaxing coffee or enjoy a tasty meal in one of the restaurants.
