Zdrofit, a dynamically developing network of fitness clubs, has joined the tenants of Mennica Legacy Tower. A modern club with high-class sports equipment will occupy almost 1,500 sqm. of space, located on two floors of the podium of the Tower developed by Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska S.A. at the junction of Prosta and Żelazna streets in Warsaw.
The Zdrofit brand has been present on the fitness market in Poland for over 13 years. The chain consists of several dozen clubs in attractive locations throughout Poland. Zdrofit’s offer is addressed to people who are looking for places where they can spend time actively, without excessive pressure and competition. The brand promotes the physical activity, which is practiced in a responsible way, putting health first.
The Zdrofit centre in Mennica Legacy Tower will be arranged on almost 1,500 sqm. of modern space, located on the podium of the 140-metre tall tower. The two-level fitness club will be open for everyone – both office complex employees, local residents and all others who enjoy spending time actively and varied training. Placing the Zdrofit in the podium of the complex guarantees comfortable access to the club from outside, up to three sides of the building – from Prosta, Żelazna and Pereca streets. When traveling by car, comfortable access to the fitness center will be provided by a lift that runs directly from the underground car park to the club level.

Zdrofit club users in Mennica Legacy Tower will be able to take advantage of a wide range of group classes in fitness rooms offer, personal training, cross training, cycling classes and comfortable relaxation zones equipped with saunas.

The lease agreement for the recreational zone in Mennica Legacy Tower was signed for a period of 10 years. In the negotiation process, Golub GetHouse was advised by Colliers International and Greenberg Traurig LLP.
