“UP” Fitness Club with a Mission is a network of clubs throughout Poland, including in Poznań, Gdańsk and Grudziądz. The Infinity office building will be the company’s tenth location, but the first one in Wrocław. “UP” is a chain of eco-friendly fitness clubs, that take care of the health of each club member by focusing on a comprehensive range of services. “UP” brings together a community that cares about a healthy lifestyle, physical activity and healthy eating habits. And all this in harmony with nature and with respect for it.
The modernly furnished club at the Infinity building will feature areas for group exercise, workout machines and free weights, in addition to a functional zone and a cardio zone. There will also be a relaxation area, with a sauna and a solarium, as well as a rest area with sofas and books. The “UP” club at the Infinity will be open to everybody: employees of the office building, as well as all those interested in sports training and a healthy lifestyle, will be able to join.
“We are very happy to have signed the lease agreement with “UP” Fitness Club. According to a number of published studies, people working in office buildings point to precisely fitness centres as one of the key amenities expected in a modern workplace. We are certain that through the presence of “UP” club at the Infinity, we will perfectly respond to this need of our tenants by offering both those working at the office building and the inhabitants of Wrocław a high-end workout space,” says Mariusz Frąckiewicz, Director Poland at Avestus Real Estate.
‘We appreciate the Infinity investors choosing our brand. “UP” fits in well with modern office projects. As our clubs in similar locations in Poznań have already shown, our model perfectly meets the needs of tenants, their employees and partners. Our zones allow them to pursue a number of goals, as well as to relax and rest up after a busy day. We take care of motivation, control and safety at the club in a well-designed, warm environment. We like and greatly appreciate places where attention is paid to detail, as they enable us to bring out the best in our brand and organisation. The Infinity is just such a place. What merits extra attention is that BREEAM’s new construction and in-use standards are met. This brings us closer to even greater care for the climate and the surroundings,” enthuses Sebastian Gazda, Managing Partner and CEO of the network of “UP” Fitness Clubs with a Mission.
“UP” Fitness Club will occupy almost 1,350 sqm. on the first floor of the Infinity office building. In the process of negotiating the multi-year lease, Avestus Real Estate was advised by JLL, while the tenant was represented by Colliers.
