Flexiparks expands in Vienna North

Directly next to the already existing “Flexiparks Wien Nord I” Flexiparks has secured a 9,000 sqm large site for the expansion of their business park.

Flexiparks serves a previously non-existent market niche with the realisation of flexible and individually designable spaces for companies from the SME sector up to leading international companies.The high demand for modern, sustainable and future-oriented developed A-Class halls is particularly high near cities. In Austria, Vienna, Graz, and Linz signify the hotspots for industrial and logistics activities. Flexiparks is planning further developments near these cities, but also in other relevant regions in Austria and the entire CE region.

Due to its innovative and flexible space concept, Austria’s first Flexiparks in the up-and-coming industrial zone Stockerau Ost, is already an enrichment for the commercial and industrial market. In the future, Flexiparks will expand the existing park with the development of two additional halls. This is the developers’ response to the high demand for modern, sustainable and future-oriented developed A-class halls. A total of 4,300 sqm of ultra modern and flexibly usable hall space, divided into up to 14 units, will be developed in 2023.

As with the first two halls, which were completed in Q3 2022, the developers are also relying on maximum flexibility and sustainable construction in accordance with ESG guidelines for “Flexiparks Wien Nord II”. The units per building of 250 sqm to approx. 2,000 sqm can be rented individually or as a whole, depending on customer requirements. In the mezzanine of each unit, 40 sqm of office space will be built which, in line with the Flexiparks concept, can be adapted in size and equipment to the wishes of the tenants.

After the completion of the expansion planned for Q4 2023, the market value of “Flexiparks Vienna North” will be at a volume of +€20 million. With a total area of 8,700 sqm of ultra-modern warehouse space suitable for storage, city logistics, service and showroom use, Flexiparks Vienna North fully meets the increasing market demands.
