Flexiparks secures financing for first project in Stockerau

Flexiparks Vienna North will be the first of several planned parks north of Vienna at the Stockerau East motorway exit. The financing for the project has been confirmed in cooperation with a renowned Austrian bank.

Flexiparks represents a unique, innovative and, above all flexible space concept, which offers customized storage, logistics, showroom and office space for small and medium-sized businesses, but also for large, international companies. With hall units starting from 130 sqm up to 1,800 sqm, Flexiparks serves a market where new and modern spaces with a good connection to the city are urgently needed. Flexiparks has recognized this lack of quality space solutions and is responding with a business park that adapts to the requirements of this specific market. Construction will start during the summer of 2021, with completion planned for Q1 2022.

As a project start, Flexiparks will develop two halls with a total area of approx. 3,700 sqm in the industrial park Stockerau East. Concerning the Austrian market, Flexiparks will focus on the development of several business parks in the regions of Vienna, Salzburg, Graz and Linz in the upcoming years. Thanks to the development of flexible and individually designable units, Flexiparks offers an optimal solution for businesses from the SME sector up to leading international companies.
