Flextronics prolongs their 15,000 sqm lease in Starzone Pardubice – EuropaProperty

Production Company Flextronics International (Flex), which occupies 15,000 sqm of warehouse premises in the Starzone Pardubice logistics park in the Czech Republic, has decided to prolong their lease. During their renegotiation, Flex was represented by real estate advisory company JLL.

The transaction was facilitated thanks to his invaluable experience and unparalleled knowledge of the local industrial market. The collaboration between Flextronics International (Flex) and JLL has a long history and when we want to renegotiate our current leases and accommodate our new projects in suitable premises, we know we can rely on JLL,” said Libor Dvořák, General Manager Flextronics International (Flex) in the Czech Republic.
