FM Logistic expands in Janki near Warsaw – EuropaProperty

Cushman & Wakefield represented FM Logistic in their lease for more than 5,000 sq m of warehouse, office and welfare space in Panattoni Park Janki III.

Founded in France in 1967, FM Logistic is an international logistics provider with a presence in Central Europe. It expanded into overseas markets in the 1990s with platform openings in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary to build FM Logistic Central Europe. It currently employs more than 5,500 staff at 19 logistics platforms and in 24 transhipment warehouses. It has a total of over 750,000 sq m of warehouse space and a fleet of approximately 2,500 vehicles. FM Logistic offers warehousing, co-packing and transportation services.

Panattoni Park Janki III is one of Panattoni’s most recent industrial projects in the vicinity of Warsaw. It is located 15 km from the city centre, approximately 14 km from Chopin Airport and 2 km from the junction of the S8 expressway and national road 7. The logistics facility is scheduled for delivery in Q4 2019.
