To accommodate the growth of its distribution services in the Poznań region, FM Logistic has leased nearly 10,000 sqm of office and warehouse space in Panattoni Park Poznań VII. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Maciej Szczepański from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Founded in France in 1967, FM Logistic is an international logistics provider with a presence in Central Europe. It expanded into overseas markets in the 1990s with platform openings in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary to build FM Logistic Central Europe. It currently employs more than 5,500 staff across 19 logistics platforms and in 24 transhipment warehouses. It has a total of over 750,000 sqm of warehouse space and a fleet of approximately 2,500 vehicles. FM Logistic offers warehousing, co-packing and transportation services.
Panattoni Park Poznań VII is a modern distribution complex of five buildings with a total area of close to 130,000 sq m. It is located in Koninko, 12 km from the centre of Poznań and by the S11 expressway.
