Focus office building is now BREEAM certified – EuropaProperty

The Focus office building in Warsaw has been awarded a “Very Good” rating in BREEAM In-Use certification. BREEAM In-Use is one of the most widely used assessment schemes for buildings in Europe. It sets the standard for best practice in sustainable building construction and operation.

Focus’s green certificate is evidence of the high standard of the building, its state-of-the-art technological solutions and top quality management. Through energy-saving solutions and green initiatives the property owner aims to ensure tenants the highest degree of comfort.

Cushman & Wakefield supported the owner of the Focus office building in the certification process. Aneta Rogowicz-Gała, Head of Property & Asset Management, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Focus boasted innovative technological and sustainable solutions upon delivery and following the successful modifications required by the certifier it became green-certified.”

Focus is a modern Class A office building with 12 above ground floors and a three-level underground car park. It offers 34,000 sqm of office space in four separate and independent parts, opening onto a spacious atrium.
