Fortress and Stokrotka close new lease agreement in Gdańsk

Fortress has signed another lease agreement with Stokrotka, covering 4,150 sqm of warehouse and office space at Fortress Logistics Park Gdańsk. This marks the second shared location for both companies – until now, Stokrotka has been operating its logistics activities at Fortress’s park in Bydgoszcz.

Stokrotka is one of the most recognisable retail chains in Poland, dynamically expanding across supermarket, hypermarket, and convenience store formats. The new space in Gdańsk will support the company’s further growth and enhance the efficiency of its distribution processes in the region.

Fortress Logistics Park Gdańsk is a Class A warehouse park located in a strategic part of the Tri-City area, offering quick access to the Tri-City ring road, the S7 expressway, and immediate proximity to the Port of Gdańsk. This location ensures efficient distribution both domestically and across international markets.

The new lease agreement was negotiated directly between the parties, without the involvement of intermediaries, highlighting the partnership-based nature of the relationship and the mutual trust built through previous cooperation.
