Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited, the owner of modern class A logistics parks, has signed a long-term lease agreement with HINE – a Spanish worldwide leading supplier of hydraulic systems, hydraulic components, and cooling systems for industrial and renewable energy companies. Under the agreement, HINE will occupy a total of 5,600 sqm at Fortress Logistics Park Stargard, including 5,200 sqm of production space and 400 sqm of office and social facilities.
A new dedicated facility will be built for HINE, with delivery scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025. The building will meet the highest technical and environmental standards, confirmed by a BREEAM New Construction certificate at the “Excellent” level.
Hine has chosen Fortress Logistics Park Stargard to be the company’s first branch in Poland, which will play a strategic role in its expansion across Central and Eastern Europe. Production at the new site will focus on hydraulic and cooling components for Offshore Wind Turbine Generators, aligning with the global shift towards sustainability and clean energy.
With this new location, in Poland, HINE Group will have nine production sites in seven countries – two in Spain, one in Poland, one in US, one in Mexico, two in Brazil, one in India and one in China.

Fortress Logistics Park Stargard is approximately 30 km away from Szczecin, offers modern logistics and warehousing solutions. The park is situated near the S10 expressway, which provides access to the Port of Szczecin and connects to the A6 motorway, leading directly to German national road 11 and further to Berlin. The location also benefits from proximity to the S3 expressway, offering a key north-south transport corridor through western Poland. The logistics centre is located within the Industrial Park of Advanced Technologies in the Kostrzyńsko-Słubicka Special Economic Zone.
Fortress Logistics Park Stargard has been designed with a strong emphasis on ESG principles, including energy-efficient solutions such as LED lighting, photovoltaic panels, smart energy monitoring systems, and electric vehicle charging stations. These features ensure long-term sustainability and comfort for tenants while reducing the park’s environmental footprint.
