The modern class A logistics park owned by Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited has acquired a new tenant. The company has concluded a long-term lease agreement with INNPRO, an electronics distributor with more than 10 years of experience and an established position on the European market. INNPRO will occupy approximately 11,500 sqm of warehouse and office/social space in the Zabrze Park. The new tenant plans to start operations in the new location in Q3 2024.
With the signing of this lease, the facility has been fully commercialised while still under construction. As part of the investment, Fortress plans to deliver approximately 55,000 sqm additional modern warehouse space.

Construction of Fortress Logistics Park Zabrze started in August 2023. The logistics park, which is being built in phases, is the first investment in Europe in which Fortress is both investor and developer. To date, approximately 23,000 sqm of the target planned 77,500 sqm of space has been delivered as planned.

A particular advantage of the park is its excellent location in the centre of Upper Silesia. Fortress Logistics Park Zabrze is located just 4.5 km from the nearby A1 motorway junction, providing convenient connections to the main transport routes in Poland and the entire region. Due to its urban location, the facility also guarantees comfortable access by public transport.
The building meets the highest technical standards, while being environmentally friendly. The entire area has been equipped with, among other things, photovoltaic panels, an intelligent energy monitoring system, electric vehicle charging stations and LED lighting, which will be confirmed by a BREEAM New Construction certificate at the ‘Excellent’ level.
