Fujitsu signs largest office lease transaction in Lodz this year – EuropaProperty

Savills has represented Fujitsu Technology Solutions in the lease of 6,000 sqm of office space in University Business Park in Lodz. The complex was developed by Globe Trade Centre.

Fujitsu, a Japanese equipment and IT solutions supplier, will move into the new office in building B in the 2nd quarter of 2016, as soon as the property will be completed.

“We believe that the chosen location meets the client’s criteria. It has been the largest office transaction on the Lodz real estate market since the beginning of this year. Simultaneously it was a pre-lease agreement which triggered the building process of the second phase of the complex,” said Dominik Reszetko, Consultant in Tenant Representation Department at Savills.

University Business Park is a complex consisting of two 7-storey A Class office buildings. The property offers 38,800 sqm of office space and it is built in two phases. Building A has already been completed and is leased out 100 percent whereas there are an ongoing fit-out work in Building B. The 2nd phase is leased out in 50 percent.
