Futureal Group and its residential subsidiary Cordia have completed Nowe Bochenka, their first housing investment in Poland. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Wednesday, November 5 to put the investment into service. With this event, the developer begins the procedure of handing over the apartments.
“We are very glad to be handing over our first residential investment in Poland. This project is very important for us, not only because it is our debut on the Polish residential market, but also because it has required special care and effort since we took it over from our partner in May 2013. During our more than 10-year history, we have always fulfilled our promises, which is also the case with Nowe Bochenka. With this investment, thanks to the hard work and cooperation of so many people, including our general contractor, Pedrano, we have confirmed that trust and reliability are two of our most important values,” said Tibor Fóldi, CEO of Cordia, a Futureal Group member.
“The fact that we are introducing our residential brand Cordia to Poland confirms that we consider this market has good prospects, and we plan to expand our related activity. At the moment, our focus is on Kraków, where we hope to extend our portfolio to over 1000 apartments and, in the long term, to become a relevant player on this market. We are also considering investments in Wrocław, and plan to enter Warsaw as it is the largest market in Poland,” added Tibor Fóldi.
