Our centres are located in the heart of major cities and continue to deliver robust performance. Poland remains an attractive market to invest in, operate and focus on future investment. These results reflect the consistent focus and hard work of our entire organisation. I would like to thank our team for their dedication, hard work, and professionalism,” says Or Ackerman, CEO of G City Europe.
The results achieved confirm the effectiveness of the company’s strategy, based on:
- strengthening dominant, well-located facilities
- selective expansion and repositioning of centres
- diversification of the tenant mix

The company is consistently implementing its strategy of rebuilding and expanding existing centres, including the expansion of the G City Promenada centre in Warsaw, which aims to introduce new brands and further increase the attractiveness of the offer. As part of this process, a lease agreement was signed with the PRIMARK brand, which significantly strengthens the fashion segment and expands the offer for customers.
