G City Targówek closed the first half of 2025 with a very good result. The almost 100 percent commercialisation level of the building, 20 signed contracts with a total GLA of 3,134 sqm, a 2 percent year-on-year increase in footfall and the appearance of strong recognisable brands confirm the centre’s credibility in the eyes of key players.
The first half of 2025 has brought several significant changes to the tenant structure of Warsaw’s G City Targówek centre. One of the biggest transactions is the extension of the contract with the CCC group. The brand has opened a salon under the eobuwie banner in its latest stationary format, with an area of 267 sqm. The shop’s modern interior, spacious aisles and refined arrangement encourage casual shopping.
Green Caffè Nero opened in mid-March, making its debut in Warsaw’s Targówek district. Arranged according to the latest concept, the café occupies an area of 163 sqm and is located on level 0 of the centre, near entrance B. Another novelty at G City Targówek is the opening of the first underwear store for men in the new concept, IUMAN Intimissimi Uomo (52 sqm). This Italian underwear brand, synonymous with style, quality and comfort, stands out for its wide range of designs and colours, always in line with the latest trends.
In April this year, the Vistula brand reopened its showroom in G City Targówek – this time in a new, more prominent location. The new 135 sqm premises offer both the classic men’s collections for which it is famous, as well as products dedicated to women, responding to the growing interest in formal and smart casual fashion among customers. In the first half of 2025, its stores in new locations and new arrangements also opened: Rainbow Tours, Play, Plus and Polsat Box, Calzedonia, Forever.
In June, a thorough modernisation of the Multikino was completed, which is the first in Poland to offer viewers Ultra LUX seats and a new standard of cinema entertainment. In Multikino at Głębocka, viewers will also have folding LUX seats and VIP seats of a higher standard at their disposal. The introduction of such an attractive offer is an added value for customers of Multikino and an important step in the development of the entire offer of G City Targówek as a modern and comprehensive leisure destination.
The re-opening of the SMYK shop is already planned for mid-holiday. The 560 sqm store, in the brand’s latest concept, will open in a new location near the Sephora perfumery. New openings in the catering area are also being prepared for the near future.
“The past months show that the retail market in Warsaw maintains high dynamics. Thanks to a consistent leasing strategy and the adaptation of the offer to changing consumer expectations, G City Targówek remains almost 100 percent commercialised and ready for further growth. We are satisfied with the results of the first half of the year – both in terms of leasing and the increasing number of visitors,” says Krzysztof Wyrzykowski, Senior Lease Manager, G City Europe.
