Galeria Corso in Swinoujscie, Poland, developed by the company Winston Sp. z o.o., have officially opened the new shopping centre in the seaside town. At the inauguration of the facility appeared distinguished guests, including the investor and representatives of the city authorities. After a brief press conference there were official speeches and the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Preparations for the opening was coordinated by property manager – Savills Poland. Wojciech Zawierucha, Director of Operations and Business Development at Savills, who supervised the preparation for the opening, said: “We are pleased that the residents of Swinoujscie and tourists arrived in such large numbers at the opening of Galeria Corso. We are confident that the facility will was highly popular seaside customers. As manager of the gallery Corso will try our best to meet their requirements, as well as meet the expectations of tenants “.
Galeria Corso with a leasable area of 10,000 sqm is located in the centre of Swinoujscie. On the three floors above ground and one underground are 50 shops and services and a spacious catering/service area. The property was 99 percent leased on opening.
