Since the beginning of the year, Galeria Młociny, owned by EPP and Echo Investment, has signed contracts with 16 new tenants, expanding its offer with brands such as Nike, Popeyes, Fielmann and Lovisa, strengthening its position on the Warsaw retail market. The new tenants occupied a total space of over 3,550 sqm.
“Galeria Młociny, as one of the youngest and most dynamically developing shopping centres in Warsaw, is constantly expanding its offer with new, unique tenants looking for attractive retail space in the capital. We are particularly proud of the recent opening of a modern Nike store in one of the brand’s new concepts and the upcoming opening of the Popeyes restaurant. Galeria Młociny is famous for introducing interesting, new concepts, which is highly appreciated by our clients. This can be seen, among others, in the systematically growing number of visitors to our facility,” comments Michał Pękala, Asset Manager at EPP.
One of the tenants that recently debuted in Galeria Młociny is Nike. The salon in the Well Collective concept is – in accordance with the brand’s vision – a space for body and mind, designed to provide customers with the best experience and impressions. It is distinguished by bright colours and spaciousness, encouraging visitors to have a pleasant time, e.g. in specially marked zones designed to relax while shopping. The new Nike Well Collective concept offers an assortment that reflects the spirit of competition, style and fun, making the sport more universal. Customers can see an extensive offer of clothing, accessories and footwear for various sports disciplines, including fitness, and jogging, but also products that will complement everyday sports styling. A shop with an area of over 550 sqm is located on level 0 of the centre.
Later this year, the offer of Galeria Młociny will also be strengthened by Popeyes, which, after regional debuts in, among others, Galaxy in Szczecin and Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław, has chosen a shopping centre managed by EPP for the third time. The restaurant’s hallmark is juicy chicken in crispy breading, served with distinctive Louisiana spices. Visits to Popeyes also offer a unique atmosphere that allows guests to feel like they are in New Orleans. Premises with an area of over 90 sqm will welcome its first customers in November. The restaurant will be located on level +2 in the Meetings and Denmark zone, offering customers numerous attractions, including a bowling alley, a two-level fitness centre and a modern multiplex with fold-out armchairs.
A unique selection of tenants, one of the largest catering and entertainment zones in Poland and innovatively designed interiors make Galeria Młociny a unique destination on the commercial map of Warsaw. This multi-functional facility located in Warsaw’s Bielany district, close to a transport hub serving 24 million passengers a year, offers about 81,000 sqm of commercial and office space, which houses over 200 shops and 50 cafes and restaurants.
