GARBE Industrial and WOOD & Company to develop an industrial park in Poland

GARBE Industrial Real Estate Poland, a specialist in logistics and industrial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, in cooperation with the WOOD & Company Logistics Sub‑Fund, announced the development of the new GARBE Park Gliwice. This industrial complex, to be built by BREEAM Excellent certification standards, will offer a leasable area of 75,000 sqm. The new zone will be connected to an existing retail park and will benefit from excellent transport accessibility. The total investment in the development of the new park will exceed €50 million.
