GARBE receives building permission for 31,000 sqm development near Brno

GARBE Industrial Real Estate CEE has received building permission for the development of two industrial premises in Pohořelice, 30 km south of Brno. The construction of the two halls of 20,000 sqm and 11,000 sqm can start almost immediately and will be available to the interested tenants within eight months.
