GAVDI Polska moves into GPP Business Park in Katowice – EuropaProperty

GAVDI Polska will change its office location in Katowice. The company decided to lease an office in the GPP Business Park in Katowice. Knight Frank acted on behalf of the tenant in the lease process.

GAVDI Polska is a specialized consulting company offering integrated products and services in managing human resources. The company was founded in 2006 and is part of the international GAVDI Group. The company is growing rapidly and with its team in Katowice expanding, it needed a new office to cater for its needs.

Now, the company’s branch in Katowice will be located in GPP Business Park, on the first floor of the Goepper-Mayer building. The opening of the new office is planned for the beginning of September this year.

GPP Business Park is an innovative complex consisting of modern office buildings and warehouses. The total space of the property is 37,000 sqm. GPP has 1,149 parking lots. The park includes a restaurant, fitness club, kindergarten, conference rooms and a virtual office with a full technical supply (including hot-desk, meeting room and generally-available copy shop).
