GLP announces new project in Gliwice

GLP has announced the development of a new warehouse facility in Gliwice. GLP Gliwice II will consist of buildings collectively will have around 57,000 sqm of warehouse and production space. The project is being developed under the BREEAM certification requirements at the“Excellent” level.

The new project will consist of two buildings comprising 40,000 sqm and 17,000 sqm respectively. They will both include a comprehensive package of ESG-focused solutions including solar-ready roofs, smart metering, increased building insulation, and reinforced floor load capacity.
