Developer Golub Gethouse has secured nearly €50 million in bank financing for their Prime Corporate Center office project in Warsaw’s Wola district. The loan has been granted by consortium of mBank S.A. and mBank Hipoteczny S.A.
Barbara Gębal, Project Manager in Structural Financing Department and Mezzanine at mBank S.A., said: “While considering financing for Prime Corporate Center, we evaluated the high quality and professional preparation of the project, its very good location in the capital’s growing new business centre as well as long-term, international experience of the Golub GetHouse Fund and their track record in Poland, i.e. Warsaw Financial Center. All these factors influenced our positive decision.”

Prime Corporate Center is to be an A Class office tower located at 78 Grzybowska Street, one of Warsaw’s most dynamically developing office neighbourhoods. The building with 23 above ground and 5 below ground floors will feature 20,148 sqm of office space with efficient floor plates ranging from 841 sqm to 1,261 sqm.
Commercialisation of the building is being carried out by Savills. Prime Corporate Center is planned to be completed in 4Q 2015.
