Graffit over 25 percent let – EuropaProperty

Hines has obtained a new tenant for Graffit, signing a lease agreement for 4,800 sqm of office space. As a result, the commercialization levels for the building developed near the Wilanowska metro station in Warsaw has exceeded 25 percent. At the tenant’s request, Hines decided not to reveal more detailed information on the transaction.

“We began the construction of Graffit in September, but already at this initial stage of development we have signed a big lease agreement. Other advanced negotiations show that tenants recognize the quality and location of our building,” said Marcin Ratajski, project manager, Hines.

The building developed at 28 Domaniewska Street will offer its tenants 18,550 sqm of Class A space on seven stories. The construction works continue according to schedule. Underground works on diaphragm walls have been completed and an excavation for a three-story underground car park for 360 cars is underway. The handover is scheduled for the first half of 2018.

WARBUD S.A. is the general contractor of Graffit. The construction loan for the office building was granted by mBank S.A.
