Grand opening of the first retail park in Bosnia and Herzegovina – EuropaProperty

The first phase of the first retail park in Bosnia and Herzegovina has opened on in the city Derventa. The project is named Retail Park Derventa and is an investment of over €5 million (10 million BAM).

The retail park is located next to the highway Derventa – Brod. The project was developed by local investor Miladin Preradović, owner of Elektron Group d.o.o.

The first phase of the retail park consists of 5,600 sqm and houses 8 retail units. The second phase of the project will be completed next year, after which the retail park will have a total surface of 14,000 sqm.

BINGO hypermarket is its main anchor, spreading across 1,500 sqm and employing 40 people. This is the first BINGO hypermarket in Derventa and the retailer’s 177 store in the country.

Other tenants include JYSK, Tom Tailor, Juventa Sport, Retro Shoes, Didaco, Moja optika, and Tranzit restaurant. A self service car wash also complements the project.

Retail Park Derventa, is one of the biggest investments in the city Derventa and has so far created 100 new jobs.
