SOHO by Yareal will elevate its horeca offer with the well-known and well-liked Green Caffè Nero café. The premises, with an area of nearly 190 sqm, will be located on the first floor of the intimate NEFRYT residential building under construction in the western part of the complex in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district. The Green Caffè Nero café at SOHO by Yareal is scheduled to open in May 2026.
“Green Caffè Nero currently has more than 70 cafés in Warsaw alone, and the vast majority of them are located on the left bank of the River Vistula. I am happy to see any new premises, but this one will be truly unique; in the regenerated surroundings of Praga’s Kamionek area, among greenery, in the heart of a new, intimate residential estate. I believe that the café will be the heart of the neighbourhood and a place where the local community will take great pleasure in spending quality time,” said Dorota Pomacho-Pątkiewicz, CEO, Green Caffè Nero.
“I am very pleased about Green Caffè Nero joining the tenant roster of the service part of SOHO by Yareal. Since the very beginning, from the stage of creating the concept of this complex, we have wanted it to be a vibrant place where everyone would find a space for themselves. Hence, we need to have a diverse portfolio, which Green Caffè Nero complements perfectly. The premises where the café will be located are unique. The outlet has a beautiful southern exposure to the linear park, and is located close to a playground and the Warszawa Wschodnia restaurant. The space has an above-standard height of 4.7 m, guaranteeing extraordinary design potential, and Green Caffè Nero is sure to make excellent use of it. The premises are additionally adjoined by a garden with a characteristic steel pergola, which will be used by the café’s guests,” said Jacek Zengteler, CEO of Yareal Polska.
SOHO by Yareal is a vibrant local centre designed by the idea of a ‘15-Minute City’. The investment located in Warsaw’s Kamionek area features residential premises, leisure areas, and provides access to several service outlets, including a large space for restaurants, bars and cafés. The investment, awarded the prestigious BREEAM Communities certificate, incorporates post-industrial buildings (to be renovated) into the present-day development, resulting in an open, vibrant space that will harmoniously blend with the existing architectural style of the Praga district. A linear park, cosy patios, sun-drenched terraces and relaxation areas have a strong community-building potential. What is more, the residents will enjoy the new development even more as the traffic will be limited there.
Currently, the SOHO by Yareal site is undergoing renovation of historic building B.56, and the final residential phase is under construction. It includes two buildings with upscale apartments and the NEFRYT residential building. They will be handed over to tenants at the end of 2025; that is when the residential part of the complex will be completed.
