Green2Day in Wrocław opening its doors to new tenants

Green2Day in Wrocław is opening its doors to new tenants. The management standard and the interiors within the building, as designed by Zbigniew Maćków, are there to encourage a safe and comfortable return to the office after working from home. In recent weeks, the office building has obtained a completely new visual identity and a website.

“Green2Day is an office building that is exceptionally highly rated by its tenants. People who work here, really like this place and moreover positively identify with it. Using this observation, we wanted to emphasize its character by developing the history of Green2Day in the form of a completely new, expressive visual identification, a new website and photos and videos shot from a drone. Our approach will allow us not only to better manage how the building works and operates but also to highlight the property to the outside world and reach new tenants,” commented Justyna Magrzyk-Flemming, Head of Marketing & PR at BNP Paribas Real Estate

The distinguishing feature of the office building is the special attention given to the overall comfort at work, and the whole project itself prides itself on having an ecological LEED certificate at the Platinum level. Eco-friendly solutions help save water consumption at a level of approx. 40-45 percent, and energy at a level of 25 percent, as compared to normal standards. There is also a specially designed ventilation system within the building, thanks to which, offices are supplied with about 30 percent more air than in comparable office buildings. Moreover, it is meticulously filtered, which in itself, is worth its weight in gold, especially during periods of increased smog levels.
