Greenberg Traurig represents wood & company in connection with a joint venture with garbe

Greenberg Traurig represented WOOD & Company in the signing of a joint venture agreement with GARBE Industrial Real Estate Poland, a developer of warehouse and industrial spaces, for the GARBE Park Gliwice project in the Silesian Province. This modern complex, with a leasable area of 75,000 sqm, is being built to BREEAM certification requirements at the ‘Excellent’ level.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Counsel Karol Lewandowski, supported by Associates: Paulina Horodeńska-Wieczorek and Patrycja Wakuluk. Partner Maciej Jodkowski provided strategic advice and supervised all work on the transaction.
