Grupa Pracuj, one of the fastest developing technological companies in Central Europe, will join other tenants of the Astris office building in Kraków. Astris is the investor of the newly-constructed building while Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for commercialization of the scheme.
Grupa Pracuj owns the Pracuj.pl and Rabota.ua websites, and the emplo and eRecruiter platforms. It is also a leading provider of solutions that facilitate employee recruitment, retention and development. Grupa Pracuj will move into Astris in early December 2017, occupying more than 500 sqm.
Agnieszka Kozioł, Senior Acquisitions and Administration Specialist, Grupa Pracuj, said: “The key reasons for setting up our Kraków office in Astris were its prime location with easy access to it both by car and by public transport, and modern IT solutions. In addition, Astris is a Class-A building providing all the conveniences associated with Class-A office space. What’s more, the complex is undergoing LEED certification, offers access to daylight, fit-out flexibility and comfort to office users.”
Astris is a modern office building offering nearly 13,000 sqm of leasable space, a car park with approximately 160 parking spaces and over 70 bicycle stands. It was designed in accordance with sustainable construction principles and is currently undergoing LEED Gold certification. The certification process consists in assessment of the quality of materials, technological solutions, standards and practices applied in development of projects meeting sustainable construction requirements.
Construction company RE-BAU was the general contractor for the Astris office building, which had been designed by Tomasz Zawisza and Marek Trela, architects with many years of professional experience. Construction was supervised by a multinational consulting and engineering company Tebodin Poland of the Bilfinger Group. Legal services were provided by law firm Crido.
All the commercial and construction aspects of the Astris project were coordinated on behalf of the investor by Jarosław Betka, who capitalized on his twenty years of professional experience in similar office projects for other leading developers.
