GTC has shared its successes in the Polish market for the first half of 2024. The impressive results achieved in the first half of this year confirm that the innovations implemented by GTC meet the high expectations of modern tenants. This includes leaders in the pharmaceutical, medical, and banking sectors who have renewed their contracts with GTC, as well as new partners, including leading brands in IT, digital services, education, real estate, construction, energy, finance, and the beauty industry.
Poznań in the Spotlight
The agreements signed in the first half of the year involved 10 GTC buildings located in five cities: Warsaw (Artico and Aeropark Business Centre), Kraków (Korona Office Complex), Wrocław (Globis Wrocław), Katowice (Francuska Office Centre), and Poznań (Pixel and Globis Poznań). Poznań’s spaces were the most popular among tenants. Of the 32 agreements signed in the first half of the year, eight were for properties in Poznań.
“We are proud of the trust our clients place in us. This is proof that our commitment to meeting tenant needs and environmentally friendly construction is yielding results. Continuing on this path, we pledge to create office spaces that drive the growth and success of our clients,” said Łukasz Jarzyło, Head of Leasing at GTC Poland.
Spaces for the Future
Since its inception, GTC has ensured tenant comfort by offering more than just office spaces. The company promotes environmentally friendly activities by organizing ecological workshops, e-waste collection drives, and tree-planting events. Environmental awareness is also crucial in the company’s operations – 90 percent of GTC’s properties have green certifications, and all of the group’s properties in Poland use green energy.
The attractive conditions of GTC’s real estate offer, combined with a high level of tenant satisfaction, make GTC an ideal partner for companies looking to grow dynamically and sustainably.
