GTC sells Neptun Office Center in Gdańsk – EuropaProperty

GTC has sold the Neptun Office Center in Gdańsk. The Class A office building is located in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz, at Aleja Grunwaldzka. Completed in 2014, Neptun Office Center offers 16,100 sqm of modern office space and 160 parking spaces.

“In 2016, we purchased 72 percent of the rented property at an attractive price. Excellent property management, as well as asset management, allowed us to change the image of the building and thus lease all of the available space,” said Thomas Kurzmann, President of GTC’s Management Board.
