GTC Romania announced that Hansgrohe, a leader in innovation, design, and quality in the sanitation industry, has chosen the City Gate office building as its new headquarters. The deal was mediated by the real estate brokerage company Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance.

City Gate is an outstanding building with a combined leasable area of 47,700 sqm (ground floor + 18 floors). The Complex has LEED GOLD Certification and is located in Piața Presei Libere.
Following a €3.5 million investment, the complex completed a thorough restoration process last year. The exterior and interior of the buildings were enhanced, including the lobby, primary reception areas, and different structures and amenities.
