GTC has signed lease agreements for a total of 1,500 sqm of office space with two Polish companies from the IT and gaming industries. Korona Office Complex – one of Krakow’s key technology hubs – will become the new headquarters for Endego and Frozen District. The Korona office centre offers over 38,200 sqm of space across four buildings located on Armii Krajowej Avenue.
In May, Endego – a Polish company providing comprehensive engineering and software solutions for the automotive sector – will move into the Korona Office Complex. Endego’s new workspace will occupy over 750 sqm in the Edison building.
Two months later, Frozen District – an independent gaming studio, ranked 7th largest company in the sector in Poland, according to Forbes, and the producer of the globally successful title House Flipper – will join the group of tenants in the same building. The Frozen District team will take up nearly 820 sqm of office space.
A major advantage of the Korona Office Complex from the perspective of employees is its convenient location, easy access via public transport, and a wide range of on-site amenities, including restaurants, cafés, and various wellness features such as a green relaxation zone, gym, yoga area, and a salt cave.
“Attracting more technology companies confirms that we have created a great place for innovation leaders. The Korona Office Complex is a space where fast-growing businesses can freely pursue their ambitions, run groundbreaking projects, and build new connections. The choice made by Endego and Frozen District shows that our buildings are attractive to companies that need to attract top talent,” says Łukasz Jarzyło, Head of Office Leasing at GTC.
