Notus Finanse SA has signed a lease agreement with Globe Trade Centre to occupy 430 sqm in the modernized A-class office development, Globis Poznań. The new lease followed a comprehensive renovation of the landmark property in Poznań, including lobby makeover and HVAC optimization.
Globis Poznań is an A-class office building comprising 13,500 sqm of premium office space. The excellent location in the neighbourhood of Poznań Fairs and the Old Town provides Globis’ tenants with quick access to the main railway station, numerous tram and bus lines and a convenient connection to the Ławica International Airport. Certified with BREEAM In-Use at an Excellent level, it fulfils the most sophisticated sustainability and tenant well-being criteria. Brookfield Partners have advised on signing the lease agreement.
“We are delighted to welcome NOTUS Finanse SA in our tenant family. With yet another reputable company on board, we see the trust that companies have in our business is backed by our continuous office space revitalization efforts. When renovating our standing properties, we take a two-way approach. On the one hand, the optimization of core HVAC facilities is yet another step we took to reduce the environmental impact, following our strategy of sustainable property development. On the other hand, the freshly modernized interior of Globis Poznań was done with the comfort of NOTUS Finanse’s employees and business partners in mind,” commented Grzegorz Strutyński, Country Manager GTC Poland.
Recently GTC has completed a comprehensive revitalization of Globis Poznań, striving to deliver the best-in-class service offer for the premium tenant experience. Thanks to the freshly installed sustainable solutions, Globis residents can enjoy supreme air quality and increased comfort in the office space. What is more, the modernization of ventilation systems decreased water, heat and electricity consumption, adding up to the higher sustainability score of the office.
“A comprehensive lifting of the reception area and halls required advanced, multi-stage works. What’s worth mentioning is non-standard, impressive finishing details – wooden, made of Thermo Ash, elements on walls, ceiling and reception counter, furthermore Microcement on floors, which is formed during the complex, multi-step process. The interior of the reception area enlivens with colourful furniture and soft carpeting,” explained Paweł Pikus, Contract Director, Tétris.
“We are happy to announce moving our Poznań office to Globis Poznań, especially since this landmark property has pleasantly surprised us with all quality improvements that have recently been implemented. We believe the synergy between the expert financial consulting we deliver to our customers and best-in-class property management that GTC provides will result in a long-term mutually fruitful cooperation,” says Paweł Sobieski, branch manager, Notus Finanse SA.
