HalfPrice to Join Galeria Askana

Galeria Askana in Gorzów Wielkopolski is continuing to strengthen its retail offering. The HalfPrice brand is joining the tenant mix after signing a lease agreement for a unit of more than 2,000 sqm. The store opening is scheduled for the end of August 2026.

“Signing a lease with HalfPrice is a very important step in the further development of Galeria Askana’s tenant mix. The brand perfectly meets our customers’ expectations, who are looking for a wide range of fashion and lifestyle offerings at attractive prices. The large unit format – with the potential to expand to nearly 2,700 sqm – confirms the scale and ambition of this project,” says Joanna Bieniek, Head of Leasing at Galeria Askana.

The new store will be the second HalfPrice location in Gorzów Wielkopolski. However, the Askana store will offer an expanded assortment, including prestigious brands within the off-price segment. This marks another step toward strengthening the mall’s position as the region’s dominant retail destination.

Galeria Askana offers nearly 19,000 sqm of retail space. At the beginning of 2025, the centre underwent an interior modernisation as well as a change in leasing and property management strategy. This resulted in an expanded and strengthened retail offer and helped attract many new customers.

The centre is also home to a Helios multiplex cinema with five screening rooms for 1,200 viewers, as well as a range of popular brands including H&M, Sinsay, Worldbox, CCC, Mr. DIY, Rossmann, Douglas, Dealz, KFC and Starbucks.
